The official signing ceremony took place in the hall of the Academic Council. Svetlana Tereshchenko, Head of International Cooperation Department of SPbFTU, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech.
The event was attended by:
- Kurbanov Ravshanbek Razhabovich Kurbanov, member of the Council on Interethnic Relations under the Governor of the Leningrad Region, Head of the Uzbek Compatriotry of the Leningrad Region
- Avezov Asadbek Azamat Ugli, chairman of the united council of students of SPbFTU;
- Yusupov Timur Ildarovich, graduate of SPbFTU, representative on youth policy in the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan, head of the Union of Youth of the Republic of Uzbekistan in St. Petersburg;

- Karadayan Ervant Andreyevich Karadayan, representative of the Student Council of St. Petersburg;
The ceremony was also attended by heads and chairmen of student councils of D. F. Ustinov BSTU "Voenmeh", A. I. Herzen State Pedagogical University, St. Petersburg State Linguistic University, St. Petersburg State Medical University and St. Petersburg State University of Technology.
From the side of the Youth Union of the Republic of Uzbekistan the agreement was signed by Yusupov Timur Ildarovich, from the side of the Student Council of St. Petersburg - Karadayan Ervant Andreevich.
The signing of this agreement is an important step to strengthen cooperation between the two youth organizations and creates a basis for the implementation of new joint projects.
At the end of the program the guests were given a tour of the FTU museums, after which they took part in the opening of the international festival "We are different, but we are together"
