Representatives of SPbFTU and «Ilim» visited Beijing Forestry University from 9 to 10 December.
The delegation from the Russian side consisted of:
• Alexander Dobrovolsky — Vice-Rector on Research and International Cooperation
• Svetlana Tereshchenko —Head of International Cooperation Directorate
• Marina Kovalenko — Head of Production Processes and Technological Solutions Development at «Ilim»
The visit included meetings with representatives of the Faculties of Technology, Forestry, Economics and Materials.
As a result of the meeting, an agreement on cooperation work in the field of educational and scientific activities, and we signed a cooperation agreement on student exchanges was reached.
The letter of intent from SPbFTU to join to the East Asian–Australasian Alliance for the conservation of migratory birds, biodiversity, and Flyway Ecosystems (EAAF) has been handed.
Also a letter of intent to join to the East Asian-Australian Alliance for the Protection of Migratory Birds, Biodiversity, and Flyway Ecosystems was submitted by SPbFTU.
