On September 13, the delegation of the Department of natural resources of Jiangxi province (China) visited our university.
At the beginning of the programme there was a working meeting with the Rector. Irina Melnichuk briefly told about SPBFTU and main directions of activities.
Then the delegation accompanied by Vice-rector for scientific and international activities Alexander Dobrovolsky and Head of the International projects department Maria Kuzko visited the Museum of forest entomology and Museum of vertebrate zoology and hunting science. The excursion aroused lively interest and discussion.
The event ended by negotiations on future cooperation where Alexander Dobrovolsky presented research and development activities of university (such as microcrystalline cellulose, processing of green biomass etc.)
The members of the delegation expressed interest in implementing joint projects in the presented spheres.
